The purpose of the Awards Committee is to solicit and subsequently review submissions for PA of the Year and Preceptor/Mentor of the Year and select the recipients.

The purpose of the Bylaws Committee is to make sure the Bylaws and Policy Manual are kept current and to offer interpretation of same as needed.

The purpose of the Continuing Medical Education Committee is to offer, plan and present multi-modality continuing medical educational offerings for MAPA members and appropriate others.

The DE&I committee is dedicated to ensuring MAPA fulfills its responsibility to promote a culture of equity and inclusiveness for Minnesota PAs of all backgrounds across our state, in order to reflect the diverse communities which we serve and ultimately improve the health of our patients and our state.

The purpose of the Leadership Development Committee is to develop the leadership skills and network of Minnesota PA and PA-Student Leaders.

The purpose of the Legislative & Reimbursement Committee is to monitor, address, create and advocate for or against any legislation, regulation or policy that is relevant to PA practice, as well as to inform and educate all invested stakeholders about this work.

The purpose of the Scholarship Committee is to raise funds and distribute MAPA sponsored scholarships to 1st-year student members of MAPA
